  		      &lt;p&gt;Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Manufacturing Software Engineer (.NET Programmer / Analyst) to join our Worcester team. The position requires strong technical programming ability as well as significant user interaction in developing solutions in support of Engineering and Manufacturing objectives. You must be a self-starter who can successfully manage projects and priorities to completion. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In this position, you will: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;#160;Develop and support manufacturing process control applications &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;#160;Develop applications that integrate and manage the flow of data between vendor, sub-contractor and customer systems.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;#160;Support and enhance semiconductor wafer mapping and data analysis applications&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;#160;Migrate existing applications to .NET &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will possess an Engineering or Computer Science Degree with at least 3 years experience in .NET application development. Experience in the following areas is also required:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;VB.NET (including ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Web Service development)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;SQL Server 2005 / 2008 (including SSIS and T-SQL development experience)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Windows system administration experience (Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, IIS)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Experience with Automated Test Equipment, electronic equipment interfaces, and previous exposure to a manufacturing environment would be advantageous. &lt;/p&gt;

  		      &lt;p&gt;We are seeking an entry level Design Engineer to join our Manchester, NH, Sensor Design team. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In this position you will&amp;#160;contribute to the design, simulation, test and documentation of state-of-the-art sensor products. You will:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Use various software environments for the behavioral modeling and verification of complex mixed-signal integrated circuit systems.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Design integrated circuit blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap circuits, oscillators and analog-to-digital converters.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Verify operation of new products in laboratory testing, including designing required test hardware and software&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will possess a BSEE or higher including coursework applicable to analog integrated circuit design, strong theoretical background in circuit analysis, microelectronic devices and signal processing. You must also have the following: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;#160;GPA = 3.0 or higher&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with schematic entry software, integrated circuit modeling, and circuit simulation using SPICE-like simulators.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with laboratory procedures and basic electronic lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and soldering equipment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with UNIX-based operating systems. Familiarity with any of the following software tools is beneficial: Cadence Analog Design Environment, Verilog, Verilog-A, MATLAB, Simulink, and LabVIEW.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

  		      &lt;p&gt;Allegro is seeking a Digital/Analogue/Mixed-signal IC Design Engineer with 5+ years experience, to join its European Design Centre in Scotland. Critical to Allegro's new product development plans, the Centre designs advanced power control IC's for a broad range of product applications.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In this position, you will work on power conversion and power interface devices including motor drive products with varying levels of digital content ranging from custom gate level design through to embedded processors/system-on-chip designs. You will take a project from the preliminary data sheet stage through architecture and algorithm development, synthesis, circuit design and layout and on to bench evaluation and debugging. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Depending upon experience your skills should include the following:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Front-end aspects of digital design including algorithm development, architectural decisions and block level RTL code development.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience of implementing embedded core / system-on-chip power control products (especially motor controllers) in an automotive environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Some familiarity with FPGA prototyping would be useful.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Possess a basic working knowledge of transistor level analogue design – blocks such as comparators, charge pumps, op-amps, power output stages, linear regulators and ADC’s.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Working with layout engineers to ensure design is efficiently laid out to maximize performance. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience of working with product engineers to guide them in developing production test software. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bench evaluation of silicon to debug the design. Evaluating all qualification test results to highlight design shortcomings.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Working with project core team and design management to estimate and track schedule as well as identify critical circuit area needs. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Performing peer reviews on design and layout. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of Cadence’s custom IC design environment also required, including Encounter platform for digital synthesis, verification and test generation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Good verbal and written communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field but the ability to learn rapidly is more important than qualifications. &lt;/p&gt;
