SI-8001FDE, SI-8001FDL, SI-8001FFE: DC-to-DC Step-Down Converter

The SI-8001FDE, SI-8001FDL, and SI-8001FFE DC voltage regulators are DC-to-DC buck converters that attain an oscillation frequency of 300 kHz, and have an integrated miniaturized choke coil, allowing them to serve as small, high efficiency power supplies in compact TO263 or TO220F packages.

The internal switching regulator function provides high efficiency switching regulation without any need for adjustment. These devices require only six external support components. Optional on/off control can be performed using a transistor. The SI-8001FDE, SI-8001FDL, and SI-8001FFE include overcurrent and overtemperature protection circuits.
