President and Chief Executive Officer
Ravi Vig serves as President & CEO of Allegro Microsystems. He joined Allegro in 1984 as an Analog Design Engineer and then as a Design Manager working on optical and magnetic sensor ICs, helping to launch the company’s magnetic sensor IC business. He went on to head the marketing effort for these innovative products, leading to his role as the Vice President of the Sensors Business Unit. He has since served as the Senior VP of Business Development, responsible for the Sensor and Power IC businesses, and Chief Operating Officer prior to being named President and CEO in 2016.
Ravi earned his BSEE from Rutgers University, MSc from Dartmouth, his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed the Global Executive Leadership Program (GELP) at Yale University.
Ravi currently serves on the Allegro Microsystems, Inc. Board of Directors and holds over 60 U.S. Patents.
Senior Vice President Finance & CFO
Paul Walsh, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined Allegro in 2014, bringing extensive semiconductor industry knowledge and broad experience in accounting, finance and management for both public and private companies.
Prior to joining Allegro, Paul served as the Chief Financial Officer for Rocket Software, Chief Financial Officer for Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB), and held various finance and operations positions at Perkin Elmer, Teradyne, and Analog Devices.
Paul holds a BSME from the University of Maine, an MBA from Boston University and a Graduate Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Daniel Demingware joined Allegro 35 years ago and has held several engineering and sales management positions during his tenure. He has served in his current role as Senior Vice President – Global Sales since 2013 and has significantly expanded Allegro’s global sales footprint and has established an effective sales process. Allegro has grown its customer base to over 10,000, and reached $600M in core product sales in 2018.
Daniel earned his AS, EET from Vermont Technical College and his Professional Achievement in General Management Certificate from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Daniel is a US military veteran where he served as a Korean linguist.
Senior Vice President, Operations & Quality
Thomas Teebagy, Senior Vice President of Operations and Quality, joined Allegro in 2005 as the Senior Director of Test Operations. His strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of operations has helped transform Allegro’s manufacturing model into a flexible and global ecosystem. He has served in various roles within the manufacturing and operations groups at Allegro.
Prior to joining Allegro, Thomas served as Vice President of Operations at Infineon Technologies and Director of Operations at Powercube Corporation.
Thomas earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from The University of Massachusetts – Lowell and holds an MBA from Babson College.
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Sean Burke joined Allegro in 2013 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Sean has more than 30 years of leadership experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Allegro, Sean worked as Executive Vice President of Furmanite Worldwide, Principal at Executive Alignment and Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at American Water.
Sean earned his B.S. in Finance from Youngstown State University and completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan. He has served as a member of the Mercy Hospital Board Advisory Committee, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and The Board of Directors, CASA.
Vice President of Business Development
Michael Doogue, Vice President of Business Development, joined Allegro in 1998 as a Design Engineer facilitating the development of Allegro's innovative speed and current sensor ICs. Since joining, Michael has enabled Allegro’s disruptive technologies through his leadership roles as a Design Manager, Director of Strategic Marketing, Business Unit Director of Linear and Current Sensors and Vice President of Advanced Sensor Technologies.
Michael earned his B.A. in Physics from Colby College, B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth and completed the SEP program at the Stanford University Graduate Business School. He holds over 60 U.S. patents.
Vice President & General Counsel
Richard Kneeland, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, joined Allegro in 1972 and has had experience in Allegro’s operations, marketing, design, and management teams. In his current role, Richard’s cross functional experience and many years of dedication continue to provide tremendous value to Allegro’s growth.
Richard is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States and the Federal Courts in MA. He is also admitted to practice law in the state courts of MA, NH, and CT. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business from Clark University and holds a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law.
Richard is a member of the Society of Corporate Governance and the Association of Corporate Counsel. He serves on the Board of Directors of a National Public Radio affiliate station in Worcester, MA.
Vice President of the Sensors Business Unit
Bob Fortin serves as Allegro’s Vice President of the Sensor IC Business Unit. Since joining Allegro in 1997, Bob has been instrumental in driving the growth of our Sensors Business Unit.Bob came to Allegro with strong management skills and experience from Lockhead Martin where he served as the Manager of Contracts. Bob earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Bob also works with New Horizons for NH and is a member of the New Hampshire 100 Club.
Vice President of Technology Development
Harianto Wong, Vice President of Technology Development, has provided Allegro with outstanding management and technical knowledge for the past 11 years. Prior to joining Allegro, Harianto worked with Reflectivity Inc., C-Speed and Siliconix.
Harianto studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, earned his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester and completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program.
Harianto serves on the CrivaSense Technical Advisory Committee and holds over 18 U.S. patents.
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Phil Stathas, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, joined Allegro in 2013 helping to improve our business systems, application development, company infrastructure, enterprise data warehouse and IT PMO. Prior to Allegro, Phil has over 30 years of experience working within the IT environment supporting companies including M/A-Com Technology Solutions and ThermoFisher Scientific.
Phil holds his B.S. in Computer Science from Boston College and an M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University. He is a member of the Boston CIO Leadership Association and the Anokiwave Advisory Board.
Phil is a first-generation Greek descendant and is fluent in the Greek language.
Vice President of the Power IC Business Unit
Vijay Mangtani, Allegro’s Vice President of the Power IC Business Unit, has helped drive the growth of our Motor Driver and Power Management segments. He came to Allegro in 2004 with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Vijay has previously held business management positions at Maxim and business/applications management positions at Infineon Technologies.
Vijay earned his BSEE, Power Electronics from Saurashtra University and holds more than 30 U.S. patents.
Vijay in a member of Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Board for Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
