Joanne Valente

Joanne Valente, Vice President, Global Human Resources, joined Allegro MicroSystems in 2018 with more than 25 years of global human resources experience across the semiconductor, software and hardware industries. She has a proven track record of helping companies maximize organizational effectiveness to drive growth, profitability and the achievement of strategic business objectives. With extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, she has helped successfully close and integrate more than 15 deal transactions over her career.  

In her current role, Joanne leads Allegro’s global people strategy, organizational design, talent acquisition, culture, employee relations, compensation and benefits and HRIS and M&A activities.  Joanne is credited with leading Allegro’s cultural evolution, including the development and implementation of core values and desired behaviors that Support Allegro’s vision and mission.

Joanne earned her Bachelor’s in Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, USA.

Outside of Allegro, Joanne has been an active volunteer for the Boston Bruins Alumni Foundation for more than 20 years. She has a passion for health and wellness and thrives in helping individuals achieve their personal best.
