At Allegro, we believe that when our employees are continuously learning and developing, they are empowered to reach their full potential, enhance their skills, and advance their career prospects, all of which directly contribute to our shared achievements.
To support our employees' learning journeys, Allegro offers a variety of programs. This includes formal on-site, job-related courses and certification programs, as well as numerous informal opportunities for growth. We provide manager training programs and other training through our internal learning management system and partnerships with various learning vendors. Employees also benefit from annual learning plans that cover self-development, technical skills, leadership skills, and values. Our Employee Resource Groups also facilitate learning events as well as facilitate mentorship.
