The A89110 and A89110N are robust, three-phase integrated MOSFET motor drivers built on a shared silicon platform for BLDC and DC actuators. The A89110 targets safety-critical automotive applications — decentralized zonal architectures, electric parking brake (EPB) calipers, and in-cabin multi-load actuators — while the A89110N brings the same integration and diagnostics to industrial and robotics applications with inductive loads, including pumps, fans, small appliances, and robotic joints. Both feature full SPI-compatible programmable gate drive strength to optimize EMC performance, plus customizable diagnostics that protect power MOSFETs under harsh short-circuit conditions.
Both devices are supplied in a thermally enhanced 28-pin QFN wettable flank package with an exposed pad for reliable operation in space-constrained environments. The A89110 is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to 125°C) and developed as an ISO 26262 certified ASIL B Safety Element out-of-Context (SEooC), while the A89110N is offered as an industrial-grade device without automotive qualification.
