The A89110 is a robust, three-phase integrated MOSFET gate driver ideal for safety-critical motor control in automotive applications such as decentralized zonal architectures, electric parking brake (EPB) calipers, and in-cabin multi-load actuators. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive application use cases and developed as an ISO 26262 certified ASIL B Safety Element out-of-Context (SEooC) to drastically minimize design validation overhead. It features full SPI-compatible programmable gate drive strength to effortlessly optimize EMC performance, along with customizable diagnostics that protect power MOSFETs under harsh short-circuit conditions.
The device is supplied in a thermally enhanced 28-pin QFN wettable flank package with an exposed pad, making it highly reliable for space-constrained under-the-hood and chassis environments.
