APM81803: 40 V, 3 A, Synchronous Buck Regulator Module with Low EMI and 6 μA Quiescent Current

Description

 The APM81803 is a highly integrated, 3A, low EMI, DC-DC regulator module that satisfies demanding power delivery requirements. Allegro's innovative packaging technology allows for the integration of the converter along with EMI capacitors to offer a power supply that will meet very stringent EMC specifications without the need for additional EMI filters. 

Due to the high level of integration, the APM81803 minimizes the number of additional components required, enabling a high-powered DC-DC converter to be located in very space-constrained applications.  The APM81803 is automotive qualified to a Grade 0 temperature rating; this regulator will survive harsh environments without degradation.

The APM81803 are automotive AEC-Q100 qualified and presented in a compact, thermally enhanced 4 mm x 4 mm x 2mm QFN-24 package with wettable flanks.
