The APM81911 is a highly integrated, 3A, low EMI, DC-DC regulator module that satisfies demanding power delivery requirements. The APM81911 includes a high-performance DC-DC regulator IC, a low DCR inductor and two capacitors in a compact 4mm x 6mm x 2.1mm package. The APM81911 produces a robust, and scalable DC-DC regulator solution with ±1.5% output voltage accuracy over the full operating temperature range of -40C to 150C.

Due to the high level of integration, the APM81911 minimizes the number of additional components required, enabling a high-powered DC-DC converter to be located in very space-constrained applications. That same integration also minimizes parasitics in the system to perform with superior EMI, and helps to speed your product to market. The APM81911 is automotive qualified to AEC-Q100 enabling this regulator to survive harsh environments without degradation.
