The A19200 device is a Hall-effect-based integrated circuit (IC) that provides a user-friendly and versatile solution for either magnetic encoders or ferrous targets in two-wire applications. The A19200 is offered in the UB package, which integrates the IC and a high temperature ceramic capacitor in a single over-molded SIP package. The integrated capacitor provides enhanced EMC performance reducing, and in most cases eliminating, the need for external components.

The Hall element spacing is optimized for high resolution and small diameter targets, making the A19200 ideally suited for obtaining speed information in wheel speed applications.

The A19200  is available in a lead (Pb) free 2-pin SIP (Suffix UB) package with a 100% matte tin plated leadframe.  


A19200 was developed in accordance with ISO 26262:2011 as a hardware safety element out of context with ASIL B capability for use in automotive safety-related systems when integrated and used in the manner prescribed in the applicable safety manual and datasheet.
