Allegro's 18-member global DEI council works to cultivate an environment that welcomes and values the lived experiences of everyone, fosters integrity, and embraces everyone with dignity and respect. We value the importance of attracting and retaining a diverse workforce of exceptional talent that reflects the people we serve—our employees, customers, investors and the communities in which we live and work.

DEI Council's Goals:

  • Educate Allegro’s community about DEI and why it matters to the people we serve
  • Act on DEI survey feedback to further promote a culture of inclusion
  • Ensure equitable hiring practices
  • Promote the proliferation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
