The Sensor IC group designs and develops magnetic speed and digital position sensor ICs, including Allegro’s back-biased magnetic speed sensor IC solutions that have revolutionized automotive electronic systems. Allegro ICs offer contactless sensing for applications such as direction-detection, gear-tooth, speed and position sensing for automotive, industrial, consumer, and portable electronics.
The Advanced Sensor Technology group designs and develops linear, angle and current sensor ICs. Allegro offers innovative magneto-resistive AxMR and Hall-effect magnetic sensing technologies for applications such as advanced driver assistance systems, industrial automation, loT, and hybrid/electric vehicles.
The Power IC group designs and develops motor driver ICs, switching regulators, and LED drivers for automotive applications such as electronic power steering and infotainment, as well as energy-efficient computer and industrial applications.
