AEC-Q100 Qualified ±800V Reinforced Isolation ±200A Hall-Effect Current Sensor in Compact PSOF-8

ACS37200

The Allegro ACS37200 is an integrated Hall-effect current sensor that provides a highly accurate and isolated solution for AC or DC current sensing. It is designed for currents up to ±200A in a compact <100 mm2, 8-pin PSOF package, featuring an ultra-low 50 µΩ conductor resistance for high efficiency. With adjustable overcurrent fault output, zero current voltage reference, 150 kHz bandwidth and AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualification, it is ideal for space-constrained automotive and industrial applications like xEV on-board chargers and high voltage motor control.
