The ACS37003 is a 400 kHz Hall-effect current sensor with 5 kV isolation offering very high accuracy. It is ideal for industrial motor inverter and power control applications. The sensed current enters the package in close proximity to the IC for high coupling of the magnetic field to the Hall-effect sensor. As a result of galvanic isolation between the current and the IC, high voltage isolation rating is achieved. The current is sensed differentially by two Hall plates that subtract out interfering external common-mode magnetic fields. The sensor is factory-trimmed to provide high accuracy over the entire operating range without the need for customer programming.

The ACS37003 sensor has an analog output and a reference output for signal integrity in noisy environments. It's available in a SOICW-16 (MC) package with very low internal conductor resistance of 0.27 mOhms and high isolation rating of 5 kVrms for applications where ultra-low power loss and high reinforced isolation are needed.
  • 400kHz operating bandwidth offers fast control loops and use for monitoring high-speed currents
  • High accuracy achieved with 6 mV maximum offset voltage over temperature and non-radiometric operation with VREF output, and differential sensing for high immunity to magnetic fields
  • Externally configurable gain settings using two logic pains and four adjustable gain levels for design flexibility

The ACS37003 sensor is available in a SOICW-16 (MC) package with very low internal conductor resistance of 0.27mOhms and high isolation rating of 5 kVrms for applications where ultra-low power loss and high reinforced isolation are needed.
